We Accept:
Delivery
All doors, drawer fronts and most vinyl accessories are made to order and have a turnaround of approximately 2 - 3 weeks (order with 4 items or less may be despatched within 1 - 2 weeks).
Non vinyl products such as handles, hinges and storage systems will be despatched within 1 - 2 weeks as long as no vinyl products are ordered at same time.
Proposed delivery lead times are given only for guidance. We will email you once your order has been despatched.

Check carefully on receipt that you have received the complete order without damage.
Clearly state on the carrier's delivery note any shortages or damages and contact Clagan Hill immediately (within 3 working days).
Signing 'unchecked' or 'unexamined' is not acceptable and if the driver failed to wait for you to examine the goods then write 'driver would not wait for goods inspection' below your signature.
We cannot except any claims if these procedures are not adhered to.
We are only obliged to offload orders onto a hard ground reasonably close to the delivery address. You have no right to refuse delivery. It is essential that an able bodied person is available to help the driver off-load if required. If a carrier is unable to complete the delivery because there was no help available or nobody at home then further attempted deliveries will have to be paid for by you, the customer.
Packaging.
All door orders have protective corners and are shrink wrapped for despatch. Your order is then put in a heavy duty cardboard pallet box, clearly labeled with your details. The packaging constitutes as part of the delivery and you are responsible for its disposal.

Clagan Hill Delivery Charges (Ireland, England, Scotland & Wales)
All orders under £150 - delivery charge £16
Orders between £151 and £600 - delivery charge 12% of order value
Orders £601 and over - delivery charge £70
These rates exclude the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Off-Shore Islands and certain area's in Scotland.
Orders received from the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Off-Shore Islands and certain area's in Scotland will have a delivery charge automatically added at time of ordering but this will be incorrect. Clagan Hill will contact the customer after receiving the order with a delivery quotation. Quotation must be accepted and confirmed by email before order can be processed.
